“CMIT/MIT is recommended for the preservation of a wide range of
aqueous products and is very active against bacteria, yeasts, and moulds.
CMIT/MIT can be added at any stage during the manufacturing
process, we suggest to add it as early as possible to give protection throughout the productton process. Normal dosage is in the range 0,05 – 0,4% depending on the product to be protected and the environmental conditions to which it could be exposed.”
